Stacey Vail – VP, Group Director, Marketing
A veteran marketer with nearly 20 years’ experience, Stacey is a 24/7 problem solver whose passion in every product she takes on is undisputed. She has extensive experience with drugs and devices (including product launches), healthcare systems (Virtua, Fox Chase Cancer), financial services (Commerce Bank) and retail (Aramark).
As account lead for Mylan’s anchor product, EpiPen®, Stacey led both client and account teams through a brand relaunch that included new consumer and professional campaigns—delivered through new and optimized marketing channels—successfully defending a threat from new competition and driving market growth.
In addition to spending time with family and her charitable work, Stacey is completing her MBA in International Marketing at Rowan University.
Peter Foster – VP, Group Creative Director
Peter has long loved the challenge of transforming the blank screen into the meaningful work that transforms mindsets. He’s done it as an Art Director, a Creative Director and, today, as VP, Group Creative Director at Evolvr, he draws upon 30+ years' experience in creating award-winning integrated campaigns to lead and inspire his team.
His work for lauded clients such as The Olive Garden, Banana Boat, Aetna, P&G, M&M Mars, Skin Cancer Foundation and Head Start spans countless categories and media channels, not to mention causes, cultures and personal passions. Of course, those passions extend well beyond the office, where you can find Peter spending quality time with his wife and 2 daughters, taking in the occasional lacrosse game or coming to terms with his perennial amateur status on the golf course.
Megaera Harris - VP, Director of Account Planning
Meg has over 14 years of research, brand and multi-channel strategy and marketing experience, spending the last 9 years in the agency world crafting campaigns for some of the most unique and interesting pharmaceutical brands and devices of this time. She works to find the human truth and tension in the people that a brand could touch. Her clients and partners have spanned Alcon, AstraZeneca-BMS Diabetes, AZhelps, Boston Scientific, Incyte Corporation, Philadelphia Magazine, Shire Pharmaceuticals and Vivus.
As an active part of the Philadelphia community, Meg has spent years working for the business community with the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and bringing news, food and local culture to life through Philadelphia Magazine, while also volunteering with the Variety Club as a member of their young board.
Annie Heckenberger – VP, Social Strategy
Annie has more than 2 decades of advertising, branding, marketing and PR agency experience and has spent the last 10 years crafting social campaigns for some of the biggest brands around. Most recently, Annie was tapped as Digital and Social Director for the non-partisan Philadelphia 2016 Host Committee to the 2016 Democratic National Convention, working in partnership with the DNCC.
Annie shapes ideas and implements creative campaigns that get people talking, tweeting, snapping, sharing, publishing and taking action. She spends a lot of time playing with shiny objects and trying to break them in new, meaningful ways. She believes that disruption without conversion, trial or transaction is meaningless. And she is always working on the “share” in share of voice.
Kiersten Ryan – Associate Media Director
A member of the Publicis Health Media team, Kiersten leads digital strategy and implementation for several product teams. Additionally, Kiersten is an expert on Point-of-Care media, guiding current Publicis Groupe clients through strategy, innovations within the field and negotiations with media partners.
Kiersten joined PHM in May of 2013. With expertise in traditional and interactive media targeting both consumers and physicians, Kiersten has been integral to the success of the behavioral sciences brands, Nicorette and Nicoderm CQ for GSK. Kiersten graduated from Shippensburg University with a B.A in Communications Journalism and a minor in International Business.
Allison Watson – Manager, Strategy & Analytics
Allison’s role is to help us determine which tactics and channels will get our messages seen by the right people—and to measure how well we’ve done our job. She also lends her predictive analytics expertise to help our mobile product development team create ingenious mobile solutions.
Allison uses her training in psychology from Brown University to get inside the minds of the target audience, identifying the beliefs, prejudices and habits that help us shape our messaging strategy. She has developed end-to-end relationship marketing programs for AstraZeneca, Novartis, Roche, Novo Nordisk and Daiichi Sankyo, and she has also conducted multi-national qualitative research and usability testing for Bloomberg and SAP.
Scott Rumble – Account Supervisor
In his 7 years with Evolvr and Digitas Health LifeBrands, Scott has worked with a broad range of healthcare and pharmaceutical clients on an encyclopedic range of marketing work. Over the past 3 years, Scott has played a key role in the marketing of Mylan’s anchor product, EpiPen® – leading the brand’s consumer website and digital media creative strategy, while also overseeing video production, print advertising creative and other consumer-facing print materials.
Scott also draws upon his experience in marketing products for HIV, diabetes and acid reflux. Scott graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a B.A. in Marketing.
Amy Vachon – Senior Producer, Project Management
Amy is a master of budgets, project plans, timelines and – most importantly – communication, who ensures that our needs, processes and expectations for outstanding work align with yours, from start to finish.
Amy's 8 years of digital project management experience on brands such as Botox, Abilify, Plavix, EpiPen and Stayfree have prepared her for virtually any challenge provided by complex, multi-channel engagements. She currently oversees all of the North America work for our largest client, Mylan.
When not at Evolvr, Amy enjoys spending time with her daughter at the beach.
